Dragon Fruit

Dragon fruit is a highly valued tropical fruit widely cultivated in Binh Thuan, Long An, and Tien Giang provinces. The two main types are white-flesh and red-flesh. It has a vibrant pink peel with green scales, soft pulp, and a mildly sweet taste. After VHT, its shelf life extends up to 15–25 days.
